Can
I claim? Am I entitled to compensation?
If you were involved in a road traffic
accident which was not your fault then you are entitled to
claim compensation for any losses that you have suffered, e.g.
personal injury / rehabilitative treatment / loss of earnings
/ insurance excess / vehicle repairs / car hire, other out
of pockets expenses. How long will my case take?
Each case is different and varies with circumstances. Once liability
has been established, your solicitor can offer you guidance as to when your
claim is likely to be settled. On average we settle the majority of Road
Traffic Accident claims within 6 to 18 months depending on the nature
of the claim. How much will I get?
You can rest assured that Saviour Accident Management will obtain maximum
compensation on your behalf. We are happy to advise you on the amount
of compensation you can expect to receive based on cases similar to your
claim. Can someone arrange a
home visit?
Yes most definitely at your request. What if the person is
uninsured, has not been traced,
or the vehicle responsible was stolen?
Provided you have reported the matter to the Police
without delay you should still be able to obtain compensation
from the Motor Insurers' Bureau. |
